These terms govern your access to and use of onlyHomestays by Purpose Labs. By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.
onlyHomestays is operated by Purpose Labs. We provide an online marketplace that connects travellers with homestay hosts and trip managers in Uttarakhand. We facilitate discovery, request-to-book workflows, messaging, and payments — we are not the owner or operator of listed properties unless explicitly stated.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to create an account or complete a booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
One person may hold multiple roles under a linked account. You must not impersonate others or use the service for unlawful purposes.
A booking is not confirmed until a host (or authorised trip manager) approves your request and you complete payment where required. Listing details, house rules, and cancellation terms shown on a property page form part of your agreement with the host for that stay.

Listing photos, descriptions, and other content you upload remain yours, but you grant us a licence to display and promote them on the platform. onlyHomestays by Purpose Labs branding, software, and site design are owned by Purpose Labs or its licensors.
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free software, or that every listing meets your expectations. Hosts and trip managers are independent parties; their conduct and property conditions are their responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Purpose Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, a stay, or interactions with other users. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees we received from you for the booking giving rise to the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater, unless a higher minimum is required by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose a safety risk, or engage in fraud. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (payments owed, liability limits, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your location.
